”With an academic background in Media Studies, a decade working for in-house marketing teams showed me that the digital marketing space is filled with ‘copy and paste’ marketing - simply sticking to a combination of ‘best practises’ to inform campaigns. The problem with this is that marketing in the same way as everyone else means that you can only perform as well as them.

Years of trial and improvement and market research, as a freelancer marketeer across multiple industries, showed me that the key to outbidding competitors is getting to the root of not just what customers click on but WHY they click… Understand this and you understand how to truly align your marketing, ecommerce experience and branding to build legacy brands that attract loyal customers.

Leaning into this, I’ve dedicated years to further studying consumer psychology and specifically what drives people to make purchasing decisions. Armed with this knowledge, I assembled my own team to create the Massimo Media agency. This psychology-first approach to marketing is as the forefront of all of the work that we do as we trailblaze a fresh approach to digital marketing in the new age of web 2.0.
