With a 2:1 bachelor's degree in Media Studies, I worked for years as a part of in-house marketing teams within the commercial sector. My love for marketing, and particularly social media marketing, led me to work freelance in my spare time, helping smaller companies with tight budgets to get to grips with making the most of social media marketing. News of my freelance work spread fast and in 2013 I was able to make the move into working freelance full-time.
It's incredibly important to me to remain passionate about the brands I work with, in order to continue to create campaigns and copy that is incredibly engaging, effective and dynamic.
For this reason I only work with a select handful of brands at a time, ones whose core values I really connect with. I focus on getting to know each individual brand and their target audience extremely well, working with you to create comprehensive marketing campaigns that meet your goals and creating a strategy to fit whatever budget.
I also run a popular lifestyle blog, Rich Little Poor Girl, in my spare time. Bridging the gap between brands and consumers in this role, I'm adept at engaging customers on social media and creating a loyal following and using this to meet a brand's goals be it sales, exposure or brand awareness.
